Challenge
Nelogica had no formal UX research process. Product decisions were driven by intuition and vocal stakeholders, leading to high rework costs and features that missed user needs.

Established a research ops foundation: recruited a panel of 200+ traders, set up moderated and unmoderated testing infrastructure, created a research repository, and trained the product team on research literacy. Ran 40+ usability sessions in the first year.

Research influenced 6 major product decisions in year one. Established Nelogica's first UX research playbook, still used as the team's standard today.
