Challenge
Employees lacked a structured way to plan their career and life goals within the ADP ecosystem. Existing tools were too generic and disconnected from their actual work context.

I led end-to-end UX design — starting with 20+ user interviews to map mental models around goal-setting. Through iterative prototyping in Figma, we tested 4 major concepts before settling on a timeline-based roadmap with milestone check-ins. Worked closely with engineers throughout implementation.

Outcome
Delivered a high-fidelity prototype and design system ready for development. The app introduced a novel 'life chapters' navigation pattern adopted by ADP's mobile design system.
