Engagement data was scattered across 4 different ADP products. Managers had the information but lacked actionable guidance and a unified place to act.

Ran a series of contextual inquiry sessions with mid-level managers. Mapped the full 'manager engagement journey' and identified 12 critical moments for intervention. Designed progressive disclosure patterns to surface the right action at the right time.
